From humble beginnings in a dusty southeast LA garage during early 2006... Exmortus, armed with influences ranging from Iron Maiden, Judas Priest and Yngwie Malmsteen to Slayer, Marduk and Deicide, quickly evolved to become California’s foremost masters of guitar-oriented heavy metal, the likes of which have not been seen for many years. Exmortus are an entity amongst themselves and their music, both complex and thoroughly hookladen, refuses to lend itself to easy categorization.
